Return Policy

We accept returns up to 14 days after the purchase date. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept any item for exchange or refund as long as the item is unused, in new condition and in the original packaging. We want to make the return process as easy as possible to get an exchange or refund. Please see the below instructions on how to return the item or items. A 15% restocking charge will apply unless the error is ours.

Defective

Any defective item will be replaced within 14 days of delivery if a like item is available, in the case of the like item being unavailable you will be refunded the item cost.

Damaged Items

We are not responsible for items damaged by the shipping company. We automatically add insurance to all orders over $100.00 to ensure that any and all costs related to possible shipping damage are covered.

How do I Return or Exchange an Item?

Items must be in unused and in resale condition for a full refund. Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless the return is a result of our error. Contact us using the Contact Us page with your invoice number and we will reply promptly with a return authorization number and instructions for your return or exchange. Returns will not be accepted without an invoice number. If you have lost your invoice number, please contact us to help you retrieve it.

Warranty Policy

We honor all manufacture's published warranties. The item must have been purchased from Spot Supply, and the replacement item must be provided by America National Products, Inc.
