America National Products, Inc. & HVACSPOT.COM offers FREE GROUND SHIPPING (typically 3 -7 business Days) for orders of to any locations in the United States. FREE GROUND SHIPPING is not available for deliveries to Alaska or Hawaii or any destination outside of the United States.

The customer is responsible for payment of all shipping charges for deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii.

Expedited and other faster shipping options are available for deliveries to all locations in the United States. The customer is responsible for payment of all the shipping charges.

Returns:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your shopping experience and your new products! If, however, the items you purchased are not exactly what you expected, you may return them within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise and packaging is in new, original condition. Once the item is removed from the original packaging and installed in your application, it cannot be returned because it cannot be resold to another customer. If you wish to return an item within 30 days of your purchase, you may do so and receive a refund according to the terms listed below, or a credit toward the purchase of another item. There is no return credit for shipping charges. America National Products, Inc. & HVACSPOT.COM will not accept any returns after 30 days from the purchase date for any reason.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email at customerservice@americanationalproducts.com. Please provide us your first and last name, order number, a description of the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. You will receive a return call log that a copy must be included with the return. The call log will have the return shipping address on it.

Please insure and track any returned packages. Credits will be issued when we receive and examine the returned items. Unauthorized returns or items returned used, damaged, or not in their original condition and packaging may result in a delayed credit, partial credit or refusal of the returned items as listed in the details below.

Important: All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt. Refunds are administered based on the condition of the returned items. Products must be in the original packaging. The product and the packaging must arrive in brand new condition with no damage or markings on the packaging so that the product can be resold.

America National Products, Inc & HVACSPOT.COM reserve the sole right to determine, at their discretion, the fair refund amount based on the condition of the item being returned. America National Products, Inc & HVACSPOT.COM will be as fair as possible in determining refunds. If you are returning a product because we made an error in your order, we will promptly send you the correct item at no additional cost, and we will pay for return shipping.

Deliveries refused for reasons other than shipping damage will be handled the same as a return and a restocking and freight charge will apply.
