Shipping Rates

Shipping costs depend on the options you choose, the size and weight of the item, and where the order is going. To estimate shipping costs, place an item in your cart and then click the checkout now button. On the order confirmation page, you can play with different shipping options to see how the prices and delivery estimates change. For shipments outside of the United States, the recipient is responsible for paying all customs clearance charges. Addidtional charges may apply for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. When Will My Items Ship?

Orders ship Monday through Friday, and most items ship within 2 to 7 business days.  Orders placed after 12 AM Eastern time may NOT ship the same day, even if overnight air is requested. Some orders take longer depending on the item or items.  In the case of an item being out of stock you will be notified of the estimated shipping date and it will be shipped as soon as it become available. 

How Will My Items Ship?

We utilize the best carriers to ensure the prompt delivery of your items, you can also track your items using the provided tracking number on your Order History page, or from the email you received, to see when they will arrive. Note: Orders weighing over 5 pounds may not be delivered to P.O. boxes, except for APOs and FPOs. Some larger items may be delivered by alternate carriers. Some orders may require a signature; most other standard shipments do not require a signature. If you would like a signature required upon delivery please specify in the checkout comments. Expedited and express shipment may require a signature to verify arrival time.

Problems with shipping?

Sometimes problems happen once your package leaves our warehouse. Though this is rare, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll get the situation corrected. We do ask for your patience and up to seven (7) business days for our shipping partners to look into these matters.
