Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs depend on the options you choose, the size and weight of the item, and where the order is going. To estimate shipping costs, place an item in your cart and then click the checkout now button. On the order confirmation page, you can play with different shipping options to see how the prices and delivery estimates change. For shipments outside of the United States, the recipient is responsible for paying all customs clearance charges.

When Will My Items Ship?

Orders ship Monday through Friday, and most items ship within 2 to 7 business days.  Orders placed after 2PM EST may NOT ship the same day, even if overnight air is requested. Some orders take longer depending on the item or items.  In the case of an item being out of stock you will be notified of the estimated shipping date and it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. 

How Will My Items Ship?

We utilize the best carriers to ensure the prompt delivery of your items, you can also track your items using the provided tracking number on your Order History page, or from the email you received, to see when they will arrive. Note: Orders weighing over 5 pounds may not be delivered to P.O. boxes, except for APOs and FPOs. Some larger items may be delivered by alternate carriers. Some orders may require a signature; most other standard shipments do not require a signature. If you would like a signature required upon delivery please specify in the checkout comments. Expedited and express shipment may require a signature to verify arrival time.

Problems with shipping?

Sometimes problems happen once your package leaves our warehouse. Though this is rare, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll get the situation corrected. We do ask for your patience and up to seven (7) business days for our shipping partners to look into these matters.

By purchasing equipment from America National Products, Inc. & hvacspot.com you are acting as your own contractor and as such, will need to receive and inspect the equipment personally. Open all boxes on arrival to inspect for shipping damage. 

In the case of minor cosmetic damage; Note damage on the shipping invoice and ask for a damage claim. Since every equipment order that we ship includes basic shipping insurance, you have the option of filing a claim with the shipping company and receive payment for damages.  

YOU ARE NOT LIABLE TO SIGN FOR ANY DAMAGED FREIGHT FROM THE SHIPPER; HOWEVER ANY EQUIPMENT YOU SIGN FOR DOES BECOME YOUR PROPERTY.  

Any returns made after customer signs for order will need to be arranged by America National Products, Inc. & hvacspot.com. 

Signing for the shipment states that you are receiving the equipment in good order and it does become your property. 

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR EQUIPMENT CAREFULLY .THIS MEANS REMOVING ALL BOX COVERS AND INSPECTING FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY HAVE OCCURRED DURING SHIPPING.

 

Defective:

Any defective item “out of the box” will be replaced if reported within 14 days of delivery if a like item(s) are available; in the case of the like item being unavailable you will be refunded the item cost once items(s) are received back. Item must be returned with the original packaging in the original box with all of its contents. All returned items must be shipped prepaid to the ANP return address.

Damaged Items:

We are not responsible for items damaged by the shipping company. Please inspect all shipments for damage or shortages before accepting the shipment. Please note we only ship out replacements when the order or product has been refused for damages at the time of delivery. If you have signed your delivery receipt but later discover your equipment is damaged, you will need to contact the freight company or the common freight carrier terminal to report the damages and file a claim direct with the freight carriers claims department. You will need to provide the shipping company your shipment tracking number to file a claim for damages or shortages. We are happy assist you with filing a claim but the outcome is between you (the customer) and the Freight Company or the common freight carrier. Please contact us if you would like to insure an order. We will add insurance for a small fee.

Warranty Policy:

We honor all manufacturer published warranties for products purchased from America National Products, Inc only. Approval of a warranty claim is determined by the manufacturer. We will replace or refund any purchased product under warranty once the manufacturer has approved the claim for payment or replacement, we will provide a claim form (if needed) that will need to be filled out and returned with the defective product. For any and all installed items requiring service the buyer must contact the manufacturer's local authorized service representative for all manufacturer's published warranty replacements or service claims. Buyer must pay return freight for warranty returns.

All manufacturers’ warranties are based on brand and equipment. Certain equipment manufacturers clearly state that there is no warranty on their equipment unless it is installed by a licensed HVAC professional. America National Products, Inc. & hvacspot.com.com offer no labor warranty and can not guarantee any warranty if not installed by a certified professional as we are not installing your equipment.

Installation:

We recommend and strongly encourage you to have the equipment, part or system that you purchase from America National Products, Inc. installed by a professional. America National Products, Inc. & hvacspot.com offer products that require professional installation America National Products, Inc. & hvacspot.com recommend hiring a  professional trained in the service and repair of equipment or part you are purchasing. Repair parts sold by America National Products, Inc. & hvacspot.com may require specialized tools and/or procedures for safe and reliable operation of the effected systems. Buyer(s) specifically holds America National Products, Inc. & hvacspot.com harmless for injury, property damage, or other losses associated with the use of items purchased from America National Products, Inc. & hvacspot.com. It is not the intention of America National Products, Inc. & hvacspot.com to encourage the servicing of equipment or appliances by untrained personnel, rather to "allow the public to purchase the necessary parts directly" for use by trained and/or licensed professionals.

Regardless of who installs your equipment it must be Installed and started by a licensed company or individual. All installations must conform to local codes, state codes and EPA regulations governing handling of refrigerant. America National Products, Inc. & hvacspot.com assume no liability associated with installation of your equipment.

EPA Regulations

Important Notice - Purchaser hereby acknowledges that federal law prohibits opening the refrigeration lines of any equipment purchase. A properly licensed person must handle the refrigerant contained in any unit or system. Purchaser hereby assumes full responsibility for the safe and proper installation in accordance with applicable local code requirements.

America National Products, Inc will not be responsible for any injury or property damage resulting from improper service or installation performed by a non-qualified or non-licensed technician or contractor. The installer must assume any and all responsibility for injury or damage which may result.

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process.
